2013 Had its Fair Share of WTF Moments in Metal

The older you get, the quicker time goes by. Its the end of 2013 (WE’RE IN THE FUTURE) so its only fitting to take a look back on what the year had to offer us in the world of metal. Along with some amazing album came some not-so-amazing moments that will keep us talking well in 2014. From manslaughter charges to alleged murder-for-hire, there was certainly no shortage of odd-ball occurrences this year. If you think you had a bad year, just wait until you hear about what Tim Lambesis has been up to:

“A former good ol’ Christian boy, the lead singer of As I Lay Dying, Tim Lambesis, has found himself in one hell of a pickle. Back in May, Lambesis was arrested for allegedly hiring a hit man to murder his wife. Yeah, I guess this kind of thing actually happens. The evidence against him is pretty detailed, as the hit man turned out to be an undercover cop who received both cash and personal information as to when a good time to snipe his wife would be.”
